Nice gym overall with a very friendly environment and welcoming management. The staff were very kind and even allowed me to try the gym for free and take a full tour so I could see everything before deciding.
I was initially thinking of signing up for a long membership, but I personally found the space a bit small and it doesn’t have every machine someone might need if they are planning to train seriously for a long period.
That being said, for people staying in the UAE for a short time (a month or two), this gym is actually a great option. The price is affordable, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff are very helpful.

Amazing gym with an even more amazing training team. Ajmal has been my trainer since the time I joined, and he has made a huge difference in my strength and form. I’ve been training at Nitrogen Gym for over two years now, and I absolutely love the environment here. The gym is always clean, well-equipped, and has a very motivating vibe. The trainers, especially Ameen and Umar, are extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about helping everyone reach their fitness goals. I workout at Nitro Gym Al Barsha 1. Before, my trainer was Nashi, and he really helped me improve my workouts and build strength. After a long break, I joined the gym again and now my trainer is Umar — he’s also one of my favorite trainers! Both are very supportive, friendly, and push you to do your best during workouts. The gym has a great atmosphere and I always enjoy training here

Such a nice ambiance, well equipped machines and good service from all the trainers especially Mr nashid and ajmal, they are very cooperative and they will guide u throughout the workout untill u left the gym. I mostly recommend this gym. Be strong be healthy.

5 star experience.I highly recommend Nitro Gym Al Barsha.. i have been working out for the last 4 months.. the gym and its trainers are awesome.. all the 3 trainers are really really good. They really care about us even if we are doing general training. They help us train and they support us while we are working.. their behaviour is the best.. i really wish all the trainers in the world are just like them. Thank you nitro gym. Keep it up

This is a super amazing gym!! All the trainers are super nice and they motivated me to go more and more. They give tips to get the most benefits out of every workout.
